Lisbon Lilac Festival Food Vendors 2020

Every year we are grateful to have a variety of vendors who enhance the Lilac Festival experience. Thank you for your interest in being part of our festival.

Here are the rules, guidelines, application form and information for vending at the Lisbon Lilac Festival 2020:

All vendors must be approved by the Lilac Festival Committee in order to be able to vend at the Lisbon Lilac Festival. You will be notified within 7 days of receipt of your application and payment whether you are approved. If you are not approved, your payment will be returned.

Vendors will be set up in one of two locations (Location 1) Chevron Park; or (Location 2) roadside in front of the Parker Block, Boynton Block, and Bank Block. You will be notified by May 20, 2020 on your location. Event will take place rain or shine, and vendor fees are NOT refundable due to inclement weather or lack of customers. NO Refunds will be given if you are not able to come. We will do our best to have only one vendor of each kind, please understand that’s a first come basis. Please contact us with any questions.

The Lisbon Lilac Festival is a three-day festival. The Lilac Festival begins Friday, May 22 at 5pm when Miller Amusement opens and runs through Sunday, May 24th. Vendors may do business Friday afternoon starting at 5:00pm and are expected to be set up to do business Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday, 10am to 4pm, but may remain open until Miller Amusement close.

Cost:

$100.00 for the three-day weekend (no discounts or refunds for fewer days)

Food vendors are responsible for providing appropriate documentation of your food services licensing in the event of inspection by the health department. Please provide required certification paperwork with your application.

Please note: Lisbon Lilac Festival does not offer any insurance or guarantee against injury, loss, or damage when you vend at the Lisbon Lilac Festival. It is your responsibility to procure appropriate insurance coverage for your business, your employees, and yourself. By entering and setting up during the festival, you agree to hold harmless the event organizers and property owners associated with the Lisbon Lilac Festival.
