Every year we are grateful to have a variety of vendors who enhance the Lilac Festival experience. Thank you for your interest in being part of our festival.
Here are the rules, guidelines, application form and information for vending at the Lisbon Lilac Festival 2019:
All vendors must be approved by the Lilac Festival Committee in order to be a vendor at the Lisbon Lilac Festival. You will be notified within 7 days of receipt of your application and payment whether you are approved. If you are not approved, your payment will be returned.
Spots will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Event will take place rain or shine, and vendor fees are NOT refundable due to inclement weather or any other reason no exceptions.
The Lisbon Lilac Festival is a three-day festival that begins Friday, May 24 at 5pm when Miller Amusement opens and runs through Sunday, May 26. Vendors may do business Friday afternoon starting at 5:00pm and are expected to do business Saturday 9am to 4pm, and Sunday 11:00am to 4pm but may remain open until Miller Entertainments close. Vendors must be set up before 9am on Saturday and can set up starting Friday afternoon.

$25.00 for the three-day event (no discounts for less days will be given)
Please note: Lisbon Lilac Festival does not offer any insurance or guarantee against injury, loss, or damage, and we cannot guaranty sales either when you vend at the Lisbon Lilac Festival. It is your responsibility to procure appropriate insurance coverage for your business, your employees, and yourself. By entering setting up during the festival, you agree to hold harmless the event organizers and property owners associated with the Lisbon Lilac Festival.
